Recruitment Administrator- Newcastle-Under-Lyme 

Salary: £17,500 

Due to growth within the team, we are currently seeking to recruit additional Recruitment Administratosr to assist with the recruitment of care staff across the UK.  As an internal function based at our Newcastle-under-Lme office, this high volume and rewarding role is ideally suited to someone with the natural ability to converse with others, a desire to achieve and hit targets and previous experience in recruitment.

The role involves pre-screening applicants by telephone for Care Worker positions for our operating companies throughout the UK, making the initial calls to take candidates through a telephone interview and putting forward suitably qualified candidates for a face to face interview within the branch.  You will take ownership for the candidate journey, ensuring you provide an excellent service to the candidates and hiring managers. The role involves spending your working day on the telephone and keeping accurate records, therefore great communication and accuracy skills are a must.

Typical duties will include, but not be limited to: -

  • Telephoning individuals/applicants who have applied for work at any of our care branches
  • Conducting high volume, comprehensive telephone interviews (within strict SLA’s)
  • Updating and maintaining the in-house ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Booking interviews and documenting outcomes

The person: -

  • Experience within a recruitment role - desirable but not essential
  • A great desire to hire the best care workers for our business
  • An understanding of the home care sector - desirable
  • Exceptional telephone communication skills/techniques
  • Good standard of general education (Minimum of 2 x GCSE’s in English/Maths at Grade C or above)
  • Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Self-starter
  • Intuitive and proactive approach to work
  • Creative problem solver

This is a full-time position, working on a shift rotation, Monday to Friday.  City and County Healthcare Group are a fantastic company who are able to offer excellent career development and role progression. Continuous training and support will be provided.
