Registered Nurse - Community Based

SCP Complex Care are a leading provider of complex care for adults and children with profound disabilities who choose to live in their own homes. We specialise in the fields of spinal cord injury, ventilation, acquired brain injury and other neurological disorders.

We are currently looking to appoint an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to work in the community supporting our adult and children's complex needs packages.

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will work mostly in the community, assessing and reviewing individual care packages and providing practical supervision and instruction to our support workers. You will be instrumental in providing clinical expertise and guidance to staff in the field and delivering an outstanding quality of care to our clients.

The ideal applicant will have at least four years post registration experience, experience of working in the community supporting people with complex care, brain injuries, Learning Disabilities.  Active pin number essential.  We will also consider offering this as a part time opportunity for the right candidate.
