Property Services Manager

City and County Healthcare Group is one of the largest providers of community-based social care services in the UK. Every day tens of thousands of people with care needs are supported to continue living independently at home by our operating companies.

We are continuing to grow and are now looking for a new aspirational Property Services Manager, with experience in property management to join our Head office team in Nottingham.  

The Property Services Manager will effectively manage the Property Services of City and County Healthcare’s property estate. Supporting the Regional and Branch teams to manage their offices as required. To Project Manage the process of moving to new or vacating existing premises.

The role is based in our Head office in Nottingham and we do support flexible home working with occasional requirements to be in the office in Nottingham.

 Main Duties:

  • Create closure plan of all involved parties, with responsibilities and completion dates. Report regularly on progress to RD/RM/Group Estates Manager
  • Ensure property is cleared by Exit date - Organise removal and storage, disposal or relocation of furniture, phones, franking machines, printers and other items. And ensure safe disposal or storage of all confidential data and documents
  • Organise closure of relevant contracts with IT / Procurement (including utilities etc…)
  • Ensure all H&Sdocumentation is prepared and up to date ready to be handed over to landlord before exit date.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Ability to work well in a team or on stand-alone projects
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Property Management, managing 50+ site
  • Ability to read a lease confidently
  • Good analytical skills, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to maintain the strictest of confidentiality at all times in regard to the business and its employees.
  • Highly organized with ability to prioritize effectively
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
  • Able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels of the business
