We have a new opportunity to manage the Service desk and its technicians at our IT Servcie Centre in Altrincham. As Service Desk Manager, you will ensure that internal customers are receiving the appropriate service. This includes the responsibility of managing all procedures related to the identification, prioritization, and resolution of internal customer demand led incidents and requests, including the monitoring, tracking, and coordination of Service desk functions within agreed Service Levels. The Service Desk Manager will also contribute to problem resolution by giving in person, hands-on support to internal customer at all levels where required, therefore a considerable level of technical knowledge is required within this role. The successful candidate will have the motivation and drive to bring their own personaility and fresh ideas into the team and will be supported to continually build on their professional development. You will be joining a team who are passionate about learning and development opportunities, are very motivated and commited to delivering excellent customer service to our companies, to enable them to have the right IT to provide care in our communities.
